Recent Events

March is that transition month for us as we go from winter to spring. The snow melts away and the tulips and daffodils start to peek out of their wintry hibernation. The leaves start to return and the grass greens as our 107 acre wooded campus comes back to life after a winter nap.

March also brings our annual Missions Conference. This year we were pleased to feature eight missionary families while welcoming many others to our Hyles-Anderson Campus at the First Baptist Church of Hammond. There were 32 countries represented in our services.

The guest speakers were Missionary Luis Ramos, a 1985 Hyles-Anderson College graduate who is the pastor of Iglesia Biblica Bautista in San Luis Potosi, Mexico; and Missionary Charles Osgood, a 2006 Hyles-Anderson College graduate who is a pastor with our Ghana Missions Team in Kumasi, Ghana, West Africa. The services were tremendous. The Great Commission is a BIG DEAL at Hyles-Anderson College.
